What Causes Fatigue, Swollen Lymph Nodes And Appetite Loss?

A college student complains of having no energy, swollen lymph nodes in the neck region, low grade fever, headache, loss of appetite, and night sweats. He has been taking penicillin for two weeks, but has seen no improvement. What would be one possible organism that produces these symptoms?

In my opinion it could be tuberculosis. Or if viral then could be epstein bar virus. Need to get tested and treated accordingly
