What Causes Fatigue, Dizziness And Nausea Along With Headaches?

Hi how are you? Over 5 weeks now I m very fatigued and dizzy with nausea once in a while. My doc told me that they think it is labyrinthitis, I ve been having also headaches, still neck ( left side ) and now my left side face feels numb. Is it possible that it is still labyrinthitis that turned into something else? I saw 2 doctors and no one really knows:( I need some help cause I m starting to be very anxious Thank you

Yes this could be due to vestibular dysfunction some time associated with Labyrinthitis infect condition need to be ruled out and for that ENT opinion is must till then this can be well managed with the "Tab Betahistine 16 mg three times in day' hope this information helps, take care.
