What Causes Fatigue, Dizziness And Brain Fog?

Hi i received rai treatment about a year and a half ago,all my symptoms are still present. I am fatigue, constantly dizzy,brain fog,etc. This is the same way i felt before the treatment. I have not needed medication yet as my levels are in the right range. My endocrinologist assures me my symptoms can not be related because my levels are fine. Is there a chance i could still have thyroid issues

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have fatigue, dizziness and brain fog. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like migraine ,otitis media , condition like meniere's disease or simple reasons like low iron or sugar level. I would suggest you to take proper rest , drink green tea thrice day , avoid bending forward and consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order CTscan , examination with otoscope and take history . Doctor may prescribe antiemetic drug along with antibiotics and anti inflammatory . Doctor may also recommend vestibular therapy .
