What Causes Fatigue And Shortness Of Breath With Low BP In Pregnancy?

Hello i am now currently 23weeks pregnant and i just checked my blood pressure because i was feeling shortness of breath and weak and my blood pressure reading was 103/58 and pulse is 96 i do know that its been better because i was diagnosed with hypertension and now i dont even need my meds for highblood pressure but lately ive been feeling weak and shortness of breath when ever my blood pressure is down or with an high pulse rate. Why exactly am i feeling like this?

do not worry. if ur feeling week and shortness of breath and BP is normal or low then u may be anaemic and so hypotensive so just consult to ur treating doc for ur HB and if its low below normal level then u may need injectables or if less then 7 gm then u may need blood transfusion.but first u should consult to ur treating doc and get all investigations done.
