What Causes Fatigue And Pain In The Extremities When Diagnosed With Osteoporosis?

My name is O.P. Tuteja residing in Delhi. I have been the habit to brisk walk for an forty minutes and running for 15 minutes daily in the early morning for the last 10 years. Now since January, 2016 I am not feeling active to do this. Although I have the fatigue problem since long back but I was able to do my morning routine. I have shown to Orthopedics specialist. He has got done my tests as Thyroid, Blood Sugar Uric Acid and X ray both knees(Standing view). All the reports are normal except X ray which shows early stage osteoporosis. He has given me Calcium once a day and glucosamine twice a day. I am taking this medicine since one month. But still I am not able to get up early and go for my walk and running. All the time I feel weakness and fatique and also pain in feet and hands. Do i have some nervous problem. Kindy advice.
