General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query in HCM

I have read through your query and I can understand your concern. It is quite normal to experience breast tenderness and tiredness peri and post menopausal. It is due to the fluctuation in the hormonal levels of estrogen and progesterone.
If in any case, You feel there are any other symptoms associated like breast enlargement specially on one side, any swellings, changes in color, I would recommend you to consult a doctor in your area for any further management required.
Hope this helps
Thank you
