What Causes Fatigue And Lack Of Appetite While On Celexa And Citracal?

I am very fatigues all the time no matter how much sleep I obtain. My appetite is low, I do work out but can t lose weight. I am 50 yrs old , 5 6, 169 lbs and a former college athlete. I take generic Celexa 20 mg daily along with magnisum, D3, and Citracal. I do have Diverticuli so this creates problems at times. Sometimes I am nauseaus and get light headed. My blood pressure when I donated blood last week was 109/68.

Regarding your experience with light headadness fatigue anorexia weight gain with a history of diverticuli following intake of celexa magnesium and citracal I am suggesting that you are gradually developing an anemia

In view of this please do the following test
Complete blood count
Bone marrow biopsy to rule out leukemia

Meanwhile please see emergency physician with the results and for further expect clinical assessment as well as adequate drug prescription and re-evaluation of your present medication

Moreover please take some multivitamins and hematinics pending your appointment
