Hi. I visited a massage parlour (brothel) in New Zealand just over two weeks ago, whilst drunk. I was masturbated manually by the masseuse for a while with no condom on. During that time I briefly masturbated her, with very little insertion of any fingers inside her. The next morning I checked my hands and there were no obvious cuts on them. The session ended with me having sex with her in her vagina. I am reasonably certain she put a condom on me for that for that and the sex did not last long due to my drunken state (I don t think I could maintain an erection). Around 1 week ago I experienced a day of fatigue after a morning exercise session and from that time have had some redness and a burning/itching sensation developing on my neck and at times on my scalp. This has developed over the last week - feels prickly and like sunburn generally but the sensation has in the last two days been experienced in my back and hands. I feel flushed at time but can t see any obvious rash (other than flushed skin when I exercise or get stressed about what might be wrong with me). It is also quite humid here at the moment and I exercise most days - so do sweat intensively for a while most days. I am concerned that the sensation of prickly/burning/itchy skin could be a sign of HIV rash. I ve read online that early stage HIV rash does NOT itch. But I ve also read that it DOES itch. Can you help? Also, how long would it take for HIV rash to develop into a noticeable rash once you first feel it - days or weeks? Thanks.
