What Causes Fatigue And Dry Eyes After A Venosection For Polycythemia?

hi i have polycythemia i have a venosection ev ery few months but then my dr made it 4 months and this time he has made it 6 months its been 5 months now so i have one more month to go for next one but i have been really tired and also ive notice my eyes are dry and my skin plus if i knock my hands i notice i have like blood eruptions under my sking thats never really happened b4 ive had the condition for about 10 years now and im 60 years of age now

High rbc count is poly Cy thimia . Poly cythimia Vera is bone marrow problem pro dicing more rbc. It is found more in-male. It appears late at age of 40. high alti tude and excessive smoking may at times be cause It is not possible completely get rid of disease. brevetting action like no smoking coming down to low altitude may give some relief. Taking out blood 300 to 500 ml may give some relief. Bone marrow depression by giving radio active phos phosphorus is another way of treatment. dry eye can be treated by applying artificial tear drop. These are only known treatment.
