I suddenly get real tired after being up a few hours, my legs hurt with pain. I usually lay down and it helps but once up again I go through the same cycle. Lately now my legs are paining more and more, I have been trying leg lifts to help it etc. Do you think I have mono?

Hi,

Getting easily fatigued and tired can be due to many reasons. Most commonly it is caused by calcium and vitamin D deficiency, anemia and hypothyroidism. In my opinion, you should not really jump to the conclusion of having mononucleosis rather you should first carry out the following investigations:
1. Complete blood count.
2. Calcium and vitamin D levels.
3. Thyroid profile.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
