What Causes Fatigue Along With Muscle Weakness?

Hi, Thank you. I have been struggling with fatigue and balance problems for years. Recently I have been having muscle weakness and tingling of my left arm. It feels as if I can feel twitching of nerves or something. My legs hurt a lot of specially at night. And I have been having periods of spacing out. I have made an appointment with a new doctor. What tests should I request they do for me? Thanks for your time. Sincerely sick and tired of being sick and tired.

Hi,

As per your history is concerned your problem has many pathological causes so you need certain investigations to confirm your diagnosis:

1) Do check your Hemoglobin% if low take Iron injection
2) Do take vitamin B-12 injection 4 times weekly upto one month then once a month
3) Do check your Blood DC, FBS, TSH

This is enough test for a fatigue case.
