General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HealthcareMagic

Feeling weak and tired along with recurrent infections, raise the concern of HIV infection.
Confirmation of diagnosis is by blood ELISA.
If HIV is confirmed it is important to begin anti retro viral treatment as soon as possible.

Certain other immunodeficiency disorders also present with similar symptoms, which are also confirmed by blood tests.

Please be advised to follow up with a primary care physician to undergo further evaluation

Hope I was able to answer your question
Please feel free to address any more concerns
Regards,
Dr.Lekshmi
