hi my name is jackie i have had a total knee replacement may 31st 2012 and for the last 3 nights i keep waking up with a fast heart rate when getting up to go to bathroom i am on warafin celabrex and highblood pressure what could cause the fast heart rate and me wanting to pass out

Fast rate or tachycardia can be due to pain in post operative period,dehydration, stress induced, electrolyte imbalances.
