What Causes Faster Heart Beat And Tightness On Abdomen?

I was diagnosed with kidney stones in november 2010,however I have had the stones for over a year. They seemed to have passed but my right front abdomen feels tight and my circulation feels off. My heart has been constantly racing now for a couple days too. Should I be worried

I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms (increased heart rate) and abdominal tightness, could be related to recurrent kidney stones.

Other possible causes to consider would be irritable bowel syndrome or liver stones.

That is why I would recommend you to perform an abdominal ultrasound and some blood lab tests (complete blood count, liver and kidney function tests, blood electrolytes).
