hi i am a 19 year old female i weigh about 185 pounds. i have noticed the slightest bit of activity makes my heart race like walking around or upstairs or lifting heavy objects. i get out of breath very easily and palpitations along with my heart racing

I really appreciate your concern, this could be normal one unless differentiate for some underlying causes and for that one need to go through numbers of tests with clinical examination, like EKG, x-ray chest, wait for some time this would come around, stop worrying, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
