What Causes Fast Heart Beat Along With Dizzy Spells?

For my son, he s 37. Has been complaining about heart racing, about a week ago. Took blood pressure pulse was over 100, pressure not to bad. Talked about being dizzy at times, about 3 days ago developed a fever, didn t take it. Now complaining about being really fatigued. I believe he said he may have had some gurgling in chest. No money to pay

I can understand your concern
Don't worry about pulse rate and as you have mentioned his blood pressure is normal.
For the last 3 days he has fever and fatigue and chest discomfort . This is most probably a viral illness I would like to suggest you that plz don't worry if he is feeling normal now. It will be alright slowly in 4 to 5 days.most viral illness causes fever with fatigue and loss of appetite .
But if he has persistent symptoms specially about fever then we have to search the exact cause of it.
So in my opinion ask him to take rest , take paracetamol on sos basis and eat fresh fruits .
If he feels uneasiness or discomfort then it's te to consult your physician for complete history and examination .
