What Causes Fainting Spells?

What are some reasons for fainting? i fainted 15 months ago while i was driving home and I fainted this week on a plane. The first time I went to the hospital. They did many tests, including a CT on my brain. Everything was normal. I was drinking on the plane. We were on our way to Las Vegas very early so we were having mimosas. Going to my doctor next week. Not sure what is going on and what would cause that to happen?

There is something called Vasovagal syncope which can happen when the blood pressure drops momentarily. It's nothing serious. Practice some exercise and healthy diet.
