What Causes Fainting And Blurred Vision?

i faint about once or twice a week usually standing up but i have fainted before sitting down, before i faint i get blury vision and i cant refocus my eyes i then faint. after i have come round my legs and hands shake and its not because i am cold i also have a headache, i have had blood tests but nothing has come up on them, the doctor said he didnt need to see me because nothing came up but its still happening and i would like to know why this keeps on happening. i eat and drink plenty so i dont think its down to dehydration.
