What Causes Faint Robotic Sounding Echo In Ear?

Hello. I have had a faint robotic sounding echo in my left ear when people talk. I had this for about two weeks, then it suddenly disappeared, then came back. I don t have any ear pain. What could be causing this and will it cure itself? I would rather not take drugs (steroids or antibiotics).

Hello,

How old are you and what's your job like? There may be built up of wax or fluid in the ear. Another possibility is hearing nerve getting weakened. Not everything needs antibiotics or steroid.A few conditions are very easy to correct( eg.A wax or a fungal material). I suggest you should do a Audiometry an get back with the Report
