What Causes Failures In Pregnancy?

hello doctor. i've been married last year in may, we r planning for a babay but fails everytime. My husband had his semen analysis done yesterday. His report seems to be normal but as per the morphology is concerned, his sperm's normal morphology is 62%., abnormal 38% with head defects 20%,neck and midpiece defect 8% and tail defects 10%.
Sir, is it normal or will it cause any fertility problem?

Hello,
Though your husband's semen analysis is below the usual apt range, it is the progressive motility and the liquefaction status that are more important. The report should be done again, if this is the first time it is being performed, attending meanwhile to any specific problems by an andrologist. The morphology percent, though on the lower side, is still within normal range. Any infections should be attended to and so is the habit of smoking, drinking, late nights, wearing tight underwear and having very hot baths etc. Hope this helps.
