What Causes Failure To Conceive Despite Following The Ovulation Calendar?
hello I have a question I have been keeping up with my cycle and ovulation and according to the ovulation calendar I had a positive ovulation test on the 11th. my side was hurting the night of the 11th or 12. I had sex both of those nights. I also had sex on the 8th. I thought that I was pregnant to be honest but my period came on Saturday the 26th. is there a possibility that we did conceive

I understand your question. Sometimes after conception there is some spotting that can be confused for menstruation. Do you have any other symptoms of pregnancy such as nausea or tender breasts? I am unable to tell you at this point that you did conceive.
It often takes a couple months of trying to conceive until successful.
