What Causes Face Numbness With Arm And Leg Tingling?

hi - i am a 28/f, 145lbs, 5 5 with a history of strokes (all small, nothing residual - last time when 19, followed by repaired PFO). my limbs regularly become numb while sleeping. normally i would not think much of this, but this morning i woke up and the right side of my face was numb, and my right arm and leg were tingly (i was sleeping on my right side). it scared me, but i thought it was just a circulation issue and went back to sleep after half hour or so. however, my face still feels funny, as do parts of my arm. at what point do i need to seek medical help?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and let me tell you that if you have a history of stroke and if this was cerebral stroke then present symptoms need to be taken seriously and in my opinion CT head is must, if this was not he cerebral stroke then no need to worry about this, poor posture could be the cause of this, over it would be advisable to get done the clinical examination, take care and have a nice day.
