What Causes Eyelashes To Fallout?

My eyelashes are falling out...just the top lashes. This happened about 10 years ago and the all grew back rather quickly.The cause was never determined.Thyroid checked out OK . Any suggestions? When you ask opinions on this subject people perceive you as vain.I work for a local physician who hasn,t offered any suggestions.

it's called madorosis. there are several reason for it. they are, blepharitis, chemical allergy, aloplacea areta, leprosy, natural loss,trichomonilial triangle, over active and under active thyroid chemotherapy etc treatment should be according Ly planed.
