What Causes Eye Twitching, Pain In Right Side Of Abdomen And Severe Stress?

My right eyelid has been twitching for the last 3 weeks and in the last week I have had a pain on the right side of my abdomen under the rib cage. Today the pain has moved down lower on the right side in line with my belly button. I have severe stress and was not sure if the symptoms I was having is from the stress I am under.

Twitching in eye is blepharo spasm. Cause is not known. stress can be related to it. try to control stress. Other problem are not related to it. Reduce your stress and anxiety level.
