What Causes Eye Pain And Swelling On Right Side?
Hi doctor I have a pain in my eye where my tears come out from, the pain only occurs when bend over to pick something up or when I make it so that I have pressure in my head/eyes. There is a slight sting/swelling feeling on the right side without pressure

pain and swelling can be inflammatory or allergic. since there is no discharge and to some extent sting swelling, it can be allergic. take levocetrizine 5mg tablet daily and apply cromal eye drop 3times daily.
