What Causes Extremely Rough Skin On Hands, Feet And Stomach?

I have extremely rough skin on my hands, feet, neck, belly, underarms. The dead skin builds up to where I have to scrape it off to not look dirty all the time. Just washing does not help. What is the cause? I am going to give my mom s e- mail she is asking for me. I can t reach every place on my body so I have problems.

I really appreciate your concern, it could be just dry skin must be eczema in my opinion it can be given try with cream that contains Urea, paraffin liquid, and steroid, drink more water, have more leafy vegetables hope this information helps.
