What Causes Extremely Heavy Bleeding During Menstruation?
Hi I am 43 years old and just had the worst menstural cycle I ve ever had - significant blood loss to the point I had to have a blood transfusion as both my Hemoglobin and my Iron were critically low. I then had a trans vaginal ultrasound and even after all that bleeding it showed my endometrial lining to be extremely thick.

I really appreciate your concern, it is the menopause caused the bleeding but it should never happen again and again and if this is so then it need to be taken seriously for other option and it may be ablation, or surgery or medical hormone treatment hope this information concern.
