When I go to bed at night and my feet are already cold, I use a heating pad to warm them up, but it takes a very, very long time. Sometimes I go to bed and my feet are warm, but once I lay down they get cold. Also, I wake up during the night and my legs are very uncomfortable. The owner of the local vitamin shop said perhaps I have poor circulation. I am working on lots of tricks. Right now, I am drinking a cup of hot water getting ready to get ready for bed.
