What Causes Extreme Tiredness?

I have been feeling extremely tired. I do have fibromyalgia but it was extreme. I went for my regular checkup and my blood pressure was up. He did blood work and my potassium was low. I was already taking 40 milligram and they said to take 60. About a year ago I was having some problems and it was low and they increased from 20 to 40. Should we be looking for a cause?

It is not properly mentioned what you are taking for low potassium (hypokalemia). Other investigations are not mentioned. Whether it is periodic in nature,to suggest hypokalemia periodic paralysis. If so do thyroid function test to rule out hypothyroidism, Arterial blood gas analysis to look whether there's there's renal tubular acidosis.
In such cases, oral potassium and acetazolamide are beneficial. Avoid high carbon diet and exertion. Otherwise if there is high BP, measure serum aldosterone and plasma renin ratio to rule out hyperraldosteronism. Assess ttkg.
