What Causes Extreme Tiredness While On Tirosint And Cytomel?

I have been feeling extremely tired. I take 112 Tirosint and 25 Cytomel each morning. I got my results back this morning but have not got to speak to my primary doctor yet. My FT4 is 1.70 My Thyroid Stimulating Hormone is .005 My FT3 (t3,Free) is 8.5 Advise?

please specify the units of the values of t3, t4 and tsh...
but it seams u could be on s higher side of t3, as your tsh levels are also decreasing, and fatigue can be due to this. so I advice clinical supervision and then decrease dose of the drugs
