What Causes Extreme Tiredness And Dizziness After A Miscarriage?

Hi, I had a miscarriage last Wednesday, I was about 3-4weeks pregnant. I did not know I was pregnant until I saw blood clots coming one week before my period. Yesterday was one week after my miscarriage and I am felling very tired, very sick, feverish, weak and dizzy. Is that normal? i am still weak and tired. What should I do please? Thanks Dr.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Incomplete Miscarriage with Sepsis-which is causing tiredness/weak/dizziness and feverishness.
The sepsis is of the incompletely aborted miscarriage you suffered last week.
Remedy -
Under Antibiotic with supplemented IV fluids,following procedure would help you out-
Blunt Curettage with Suction / evacuation as the pregnancy was of 3-4 weeks only.
This would remove the septic tissue remaining after the last weeks miscarriage.
USG abdomen would confirm the retained portion of the miscarriage.
