What Causes Extreme Tiredness And Discomfort In Chest?

recent episode of chest pain with pain into L arm and neck, with feeling of pressure in chest. Relieved with nitro x3. All blood work normal. ECG done at time of episode showed inverted T waves. But echo showed Grade I L ventricular diastolic dysfunction; mitral annular calcification; and mild thickening of both anterior and posterior mitral valve leaflets. Chest pressure continues off and on, but no more pain. Have always been active. But last 2 months notice I tire more easily and often fall asleep while sitting. What gives?

Hi welcome to HCM.
You seem to have mitral valve disease. This can lead to rapid onset of left ventricular failure if left untreated.Drugs like aceinhibitors and inotropes will largely help in symptomatic improvement.A coronary angiography will help to rule out coronary ischemia causing chest pain.Mitral valve repair like valvuloplasty will offer permanent cure.Consult your cardiologist for further care.
Thank you
