What Causes Extreme Fatigue, Pressure In Head And Nausea?

I m 20 and I have pcos, I m taking 1000 mg of metformin twice a day, 300 mg of progesterone once a day, and 60 mg of armour thyroid once a day. I started my period 3 days ago first time in 3 months, it feels like my varies are being pulled by strings or something. I have extreme fatigue and a dizzying pressure in ny head. Headaches and nausea. I m always cold and I drink lots of water.

Hi,
I understand your concern.
You are on multiple drug regime for PCOs & hypothyroidism too. But they are seem to be well tolerated by you, as you don't complaint of any symptom before .
The extreme fatigue,nausea, & head ache seems to be due the periods you have.
* I would advise you to take rest, have light nutritious diet, along with a combination pill having ibuprofen -paracetamol twice a day after food.
* I would suggest consultation of an Endocrinologist for evaluation of your health,pathological reports & treatment plan.You should continue with the present drug regime till then.
