General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi, I understand your concern. You are on multiple drug regime for PCOs & hypothyroidism too. But they are seem to be well tolerated by you, as you don't complaint of any symptom before . The extreme fatigue, nausea, & head ache seems to be due the periods you have. * I would advise you to take rest, have light nutritious diet, along with a combination pill having ibuprofen -paracetamol twice a day after food. * I would suggest consultation of an Endocrinologist for evaluation of your health, pathological reports & treatment plan. You should continue with the present drug regime till then. Thanks.
