What Causes Extreme Fatigue, Hot Flashes And Soreness In The Feet?

Female, 53, post menopausal. Symptoms, extreme fatigue, hot flashes, sore tops of feet and ankles, hands and wrists at times. Leg muscle feel so so exhausted especially when I do a flight of stairs, I tend to feel out of breath at the top of the stairs.

I can understand your concern.
Post menopausal women are at increased risk of heart diseases due to hormonal imbalance.
And this can cause breathlessness on exertion (climbing stairs), fatigue etc.
So better to get done ecg and 2d echo first.
If both are normal then no need to worry for heart diseases.
Hormonal imbalance can also itself cause breathing difficulty and other symptoms.
So you should definitely start hormone replacement therapy (HRT) too relieve all these symptoms.
Don't worry, you will be alright with HRT.
Consult gynecologist and discuss all these.
