What Causes Extreme Fatigue, Headache And Black Specs In Phlegm Post Mold Exposure?

I am exposed to black mold as well as fleas. I don t know exactly how long with the mold but I do know it s been longer than 6 months. I m extremely exhausted, nauseated, mood swings, headaches, unexplained pain, and now black specs in my phlegm. Along with the constant urge to clear my throat with large amounts of phlegm. So my ? is with all my symptoms could you please tell me what you think my diagnosis may be and what I can do to help myself

I really appreciate your concern, the symptoms are not suggestive of any infection but it may be nonspecific one some time it may be due to allergic condition, I would advise to wait for some time if the symptoms persist then better to see the doctor, may need clinical examination and tests hope this information helps.
