General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for the query. I understand your convern.
From the information given,I doubt neurologic problem due to nerve compression (supplying the hand.muscles) This has resulted in weak&wasting of muscles-that why the skaing, jurking &pain /weakness in muscle movements.
You should get a spinal surgeon , get ×ray or MRI done to confirm the diagnosis.
Treatment would be with medicines, physiotherapy or surgery toreleive the pressure & symptoms.
Thanks.
