I am 53 year old woman and for the last 6 weeks or so I have been experiencing extreme fatique and pain in my chest as if someone was squeezing me so hard that I have a hard time breathing and pain extends to my shoulder blades and back. I had an ECG done and it came back normal. But the pain is not going away, please help. Thanks Z

HI
Well come to HCM
If the EKG is not remarkable then this is nothing to worry but certain condition need to be ruled out and that are allergic condition, menopause syndrome, anxiety, depression, some time EKG alone may not be enough to rule out the cardiac disease and needs ECHO, and stress cardiograph, hope this information helps, take care.
