What Causes Extreme Fatigue And Lethargy?

Hello sir/mam.. i m doing Chartered accountancy ..and i cannot study much .. bcoz of sleepiness..i always feel sleepy..though i have woke up just before 2 hrs... i want to decrease my sleep to normal sleeping hours.. i also doubt bcoz of cold.. i feel sleep ..!! can u recommend me any medicine or can i decrease my sleep naturally by any remedy ?? And 1 more ques. My stomach is paining since last 15 days.. should i need to show any gastro physician ? Or should i take any medicine ? Thank you

welcome to HCM
we need to investigate for the causes of fatigue and lethargy, that are
anemia, nutritional deficiency, chronic inflamatory conditions, endocrinological problems, depression, excessive stress, etc.
I would suggest to see a local physician and get done a routine blood investigations of Complete blood count, ESR, Hemoglobin, VitB12.
Besides, a clinical work up may come up with some finding.
