What Causes Extreme Dizziness, Nausea And Fatigue?
Hello Doctor, Yesterday I woke up feeling extreme dizziness felt like room was spinning, with nausea, body weakness, and extreme sweating. Sounds like a hangover, funny thing I have not been drinking. Could nt really eat, too nautious. Today I feel a little light headed, was able to eat half a sandwich. This really scared me. All I could do was lie still the whole day with a wet wash cloth on my head. What do you think it might have been?

I really appreciate your concern, such symptom of dizziness could be due to vertigo and it may be due to vestibular dysfunction I would suggest to try Tab Betahistamine 8 mg three times in day, along with this better to get done the CT of brain and clinical examination, it may be due to age and gender too hope this information helps.
