What Causes Extrarenal Pelvis Along With Hydronephrosis And Pyelectasis?

I have been diagnosed with Extrenal pelvis, Hydronephrosis & Pyelectasis. My Creatnine, potassium, Na & cl are high. I have hematuria & proteinuria. In Dec my GFR was 96, by June it had dropped to 53 & a month later 46. What suggestions do you have as far as what testing anybody would have & a probable diagnosis. Thank you for you time. I m a retired ER:Trauma team nurse & Clinician & I m stumped too.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the renal pathology is there then to know the underlying cause of the disease numbers of tests are there like imaging studies, biopsy, and others but more important is clinical symptom and this needs to be taken under consideration for diagnosis and prognosis hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
