What Causes Excruciating Joint Pains?
yes please, I have been sick since Wednesday night, I suddenly got severe chills they were so painfully, i took panadol and was better the next day, but by afternoon got the chills and fever, the pain from the chills has been excrutiating like stabbing pain through all my joints at random, I dont think it is the flu as i do not have a sore throat or running nose. It does not appear to be diahrear or urine tract infection. what do you think it could be.

* any recent h/o sore throat?
* is there any rash you have develop over your body?
according to your symptoms such acute fever with chills and involvement of multiple joints could be Rheumatic fever
so i would suggest to go to your doctor and check with him properly and take medicine accordingly
