I am a 44yr old female. I have gained a lot of weight. I have been dieting since jan 4th in the beginning I lost 5lbs but nothing since. I eat healthy I stay away from pasta breads etc. I eat a lot of chicken and fish and salads (let tom and dressing) and cooked veggies at least once a day I have also been exercising (treadmill 15mins every other day. I am at this point not gaining but no loss. what is wrong with me I am already on antidepressants Wellbutrin 200mg twice a day. I have even started drinking Braggs apple cider vinegar 3X a day
Your diet sounds very good. It should also include no sodas or juices but mainly water.
You may want to take a look at the type of vegetables that you are using because some are restricted in a low carb diet.
If possible, the exercise should be increased. Optimally a person is advised to exercise at least 150 mins a week, which is normally broken down into 5, 30 mins periods of exercise a week.
I hope this helps
