1. sometimes due to
sleep deprivation and taking too much salt [sodium] in diet can cause swelling under the eyes with dark rings
2. If into any addiction like [alcohol/tobacco]: both leads to stress,fatigue and
hormonal changes leading to fluid retention and eye swelling
3. Ask for detailed urine [routine/microscopic] and renal investigation [blood urea,serum creatinine], and make sure you are not on steroids [patients of asthma/eczema]
4. It will be wise to consult a Medicine specialist for above investigations including Thyroid level [serum T3,T4,TSH],
Adrenal Fatigue , or consult an Ophthalmologist for any dry eye condition, till then:
