What Causes Excessive Thirst, urination And Dry Shaky Hands?

I am a 17-year old male who has had excessive thirst and urination for as long as I can remember. Until about 12 or 13 I was an uncontrollable bed-wetter. These problems don't seem as bad as they used to be, but they are still there. I also have frequent dry hands, occasional shakiness and weakness, and almost passed out once until I ate a sandwich. Sometimes bad memory accompanies these symptoms. The dry hands used to be much more severe than now. I also usually have cold feet, and in the winter, hands. I've been suspecting hypoglycemia or diabetes insipidus.

Diabetologist 's  Response
dear sir i understand your concern,I am sorry to hear you have been having difficulties.in my opinion this symptoms look like diabetes mellitus.this can be ruled out by cheking your fasting blood suagr with Hba1c.suppose your sugars are normal then check for urine specific gravity,Simultaneous plasma and urinary osmolality,Plasma antidiuretic hormone (ADH) level will give you some hint about diabetes insipitus.
at some times sever urinary tract infections may also present with same picture but usually you will have fever with burning micturition in UTI.
so run those test we will get to know wats the problem...
I suppose I have given the desired response if you have any other query please write back.
Otherwise please accept & rate my answer. I will appreciate your review about my answer.
Best Regards.
