General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about these frequent episodes of sweating and feeling nauseous. These are suggestive of hypotension and your blood pressure seems concerning. Without symptoms, I would have considered this blood pressure to be acceptable but with symptoms suggestive of low blood pressure, I will like that you look into the possible cause of this low blood pressure numbers. Are you on any medications for blood pressure? In the meantime, remember to eat well, drink enough and avoid rapid change in positions from lying or sitting to upright.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thank you so much for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information if need be.
