What Causes Excessive Sweating?

my 17 your old daughter is very healthy and atheltic. Plays field hockey and soccer very competaitve. But in the last three weeks is sweating more then she ever has. sweat pours down her head, neck, back and legs. What can she do stop or lighten this up?

There is no need to stop this kind of sweating. Only thing she has to do is maintain proper hydration by drinking plenty of water and fluids.

As she is doing strenuous activity and the climate must be humid, she is getting this. If this would have been since childhood, then it should be addressed
