I went through your details. There are many different causes of night sweats like certain infectious fever, as a side effect of medications, Idiopathic hyperhidrosis etc.
Hyperhidrosis, or excessive sweating, is a common disorder. The approach to treating hyperhidrosis generally proceeds from OTC antiperspirants to prescription antiperspirants, iontophoresis, microwave destruction of sweat glands, oral anticholinergic medications, Botox, and surgery. In this case, you should ask your boy friend to consult a physician for analysis. Take care.
