OBGYN, Gynecologic Oncology 's  Response
Hello, first will think of 'night sweats once in a while' --most likely cause of it is anxiety for conceiving. So for natural conception one must be relaxed and observe fertile period which is 18th day in your case as cycles are of 32 days. After proper trial of about 8-12 months one should go for consultation and evaluation of Semen, Ovulation, Tubal patency etc.
