What Causes Excessive Sweating From Head?

No matter what the temperature, with regular walking or shopping I have extreme head sweating. My hair will be dripping wet within minutes. I don t know if this also is what causes my eyes to water constantly. My eye doctor or other doctors don t know what it is. They say it has nothing to do with my weight. I have researched something called cranial hyperhydrosis. Can you help me?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi dear. I am your physician, have gone through your case very carefully and I have vast experience in such cases as yours. In my expert opinion its normal. You need not to worry at all. It has nothing to do with your weight or age. Its ok for some people. Its like some people sweat more in armpits than other persons. Some people get sweating on scalp after a full meal. You get it on little walking etc.
Keep you BMI (weight) in limits and lipid profile also should be in limits. Take plenty of fluids. Do exercise daily and a brisk walk for 30min or jogging 3,4 days/week.
Stay relax and blessed. Hope I answered your Question
