Hi,
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your query.
I think I will be able to help you.

The symptoms of the query are quite typical to hypoglycaemia. The person who develops these symptoms usually has them for a period of time, and often repeatedly. The relief usually comes after eating some food, as in your case.

I will therefore suggest that you have your sugars tested- FBS PPBS.

The other possible cause may be a gastric reflux . the acid forming in your stomach might be affecting the symptoms. Eating something may neutralise the acid. Thus causing relief.

I will suggest rabeprazole ingestion on empty stomach half hour prior to meals- breakfast and dinner.

I hope that the information helps you.
I have tried to make it as simple as possible.
Please feel free to contact us for more information.
